Job Description: Facility Manager – Chairman’s Bungalow

Position Overview

The Facility Manager will oversee the operations, maintenance, and administration of the Chairman’s bungalow, a 10-floor corporate building situated on a 14-acre property. This role ensures seamless facility operations, high standards of hospitality, safety, and event management, while maintaining both indoor and outdoor aesthetics.

Property & Infrastructure Management

- Oversee the 14-Kattha property including gardens, lawns, 2 basement parking facilities.
- Ground Floor +7 floor infrastructure.
- 2 lifts
- 1 Gymnasium.

Key Responsibilities

· Operations & Maintenance

o Supervise daily building operations including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

o Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are implemented effectively.

o Monitor energy usage and implement cost-saving initiatives.

o Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized services.

· Team Leadership

o Manage and mentor 60 employees across housekeeping, security, maintenance, and administrative functions.





o Develop training programs to enhance staff efficiency and safety awareness.

· Safety & Compliance

o Ensure compliance with local building codes, fire safety regulations, and environmental standards.

o Conduct regular safety audits and emergency drills.

· Budget & Resource Management

o Prepare and manage facility budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize resource allocation.

o Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness.

· Stakeholder Coordination

o Act as the primary point of contact between building ownership and tenants/occupants.

o Address tenant concerns promptly and maintain high satisfaction levels

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Hospitality Management
- 5–8 years of experience in facility or property management, preferably in large-scale buildings or Private Bunglow
- Strong leadership and people management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
