Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Incharge to manage the day-to-day activities of the hospital store. The candidate will be responsible for stock management, receiving and issuing materials, maintaining records, and ensuring timely availability of required items.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and maintain proper stock levels.
- Receive, check, and arrange materials received from suppliers.
- Issue medicines, consumables, stationery, and other materials to departments as required.
- Maintain accurate stock records and update entries regularly.
- Monitor stock movement and identify low-stock items for timely purchase.
- Check batch numbers, expiry dates, quantities, and product condition.
- Maintain proper storage and organization of all materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile differences.
- Prepare stock reports and support purchase requirements.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Pharmacy, Accounts, Nursing, and other departments.
- Ensure proper documentation for material receipt and issue.




- Follow hospital procedures for inventory control, storage, and safety.
- Handle stock-related queries and resolve routine discrepancies.

Requirements

- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in store/inventory operations.
- Experience in a hospital, healthcare, pharmacy, or similar organization is preferred.
- Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or inventory software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and work responsibly.
- Willingness to work as per hospital requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
