About the Role

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to manage digital campaigns, social media activities, client accounts, and performance reporting.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working directly with clients, understanding their business objectives, coordinating with internal teams, and turning marketing requirements into effective digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta and other relevant platforms.
- Manage social media accounts and develop engaging content strategies to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for leads, conversions, CPL, CTR, and ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Track and analyze campaigns using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.
- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure campaigns are executed according to client objectives and timelines.
- Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements, discuss campaign strategies, collect feedback, and provide regular updates.
- Prepare and present campaign performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, video editors,



and developers to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Monitor website performance, landing pages, and conversion funnels and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, AI tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
- Understanding of SEO, keyword research, social media marketing, lead generation, and campaign optimization.
- Experience in performance reporting and analyzing marketing data.
- Strong client communication and account management skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and communicate marketing strategies clearly.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects while meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Canva, CRM platforms, email marketing, and AI marketing tools is an advantage.
