Business Development Executive Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, target-oriented, and client-focused Sales Executive to join our advertising agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue by offering branding, advertising, and digital marketing solutions. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, along with a passion for helping businesses grow through creative strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other sales channels.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Understand client business objectives and recommend suitable branding, advertising, and marketing solutions.

Present proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales deals.

Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and client meetings to project onboarding.





Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to build long-term partnerships.

Should achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining accurate sales records.

Requirements

- Strong English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 0-1 years of experience in sales
- Experience in an agency or marketing environment is an added advantage and may be considered for a higher salary.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- CRM knowledge is an added advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
