Job Description

We are looking for a creative and energetic Video Editor & Social Media Executive who can produce engaging video content and manage our social media presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for understanding social media trends, and be comfortable creating content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

- Create and edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, YouTube, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, Stories, promotional videos, and campaign content.
- Add transitions, captions, graphics, music, sound effects, and other visual elements.
- Ensure videos are optimized for different social media platforms and formats.
- Maintain consistency with the company's brand style and visual identity..
- Work closely with the teams to turn ideas and scripts into compelling videos.

Social Media Management

- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts.
- Plan and publish content according to the social media calendar.
- Create captions, hashtags, and engaging post copy.
- Research current social media trends, sounds, formats, and content ideas.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.




- Suggest new content ideas and strategies to increase reach, engagement, and followers.
- Stay updated with changes in social media algorithms and platform trends.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in video editing softwares.
- Positive knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Good understanding of social media trends and content formats.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Visual Communication, Multimedia, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
- A portfolio of previous video editing and social media work is preferred.

- Quality and consistency of video content.
- Social media reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Content output and publishing consistency.
- Timely completion of assigned creative projects.
- Contribution of creative ideas to social media growth.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 per month
