Key Responsibilities
- Prepare authentic South Indian breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks as per the daily menu.
- Prepare hygienic, tasty, and nutritious food for residents/students.
- Plan and prepare food according to the required quantity and menu.
- Maintain consistency in taste and food quality.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and cooking area.
- Monitor kitchen stock and inform the management about required ingredients.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure proper utilization of provisions.
- Coordinate with the hostel/management team regarding menu and food requirements.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Pay: ₹9,207.88 - ₹37,404.94 per month
