Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage projects from project initiation to final completion and handover.
- Study project drawings, BOQs, specifications, work orders, and client requirements.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, execution plans, and milestones.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Supervise and guide Site Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians, and other project staff.
- Ensure proper execution of Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Hydrant, Pump Room, and Fire Protection Systems.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is completed as per the approved schedule.
- Plan manpower, tools, equipment, and materials required at the project site.
- Coordinate with the Purchase and Stores teams for timely availability of project materials.
- Monitor project costs and ensure execution remains within the approved budget.
- Identify project delays, technical issues, and risks and take corrective action.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and maintain project progress reports.




- Coordinate with the client/consultant for inspections, approvals, testing, and commissioning.
- Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Review and approve site measurements, work progress, and material requirements.
- Prepare and maintain MIR, WIR, DPR, progress reports, measurement sheets, and other project documentation.
- Coordinate for testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final handover of projects.
- Ensure timely submission of completion documents, as-built drawings, test reports, and handover documents.
- Support the commercial team in billing, variation orders, extra work, and client approvals.
- Maintain solid relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and site safety requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
