Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Quality Control Executive with experience in the textile and garment industry to inspect products at vendor/manufacturer locations and ensure that all products meet our required quality standards before dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect raw materials, fabric, stitching, printing, embroidery, finishing and packed garments.
- Conduct in-process and final quality inspections.
- Check garment measurements according to approved specifications and size charts.
- Identify defects such as stitching issues, fabric defects, stains, color variation, loose threads, printing/embroidery defects and finishing problems.
- Verify quantity and packing requirements before dispatch.
- Follow approved samples, specifications and quality checklists.
- Prepare inspection reports with photographs and defect details.
- Coordinate with vendors and production teams for quality corrections.
- Ensure rejected/defective products are segregated and corrected before dispatch.
- Monitor recurring quality issues and suggest preventive actions.
- Visit vendor locations whenever inspection is required.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in textile/garment quality control preferred.




- Good knowledge of garment manufacturing and inspection procedures.
- Knowledge of garment measurements, AQL and quality standards.
- Ability to identify garment defects accurately.
- Good communication and vendor coordination skills.
- Should be comfortable with factory/vendor visits.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp and preparing inspection reports.
- Candidates with experience in vendor quality inspection will be preferred.

Freelance Requirement

The work will be on-call/freelance, based on production and inspection requirements.

Payment can be discussed based on:

- Per inspection
- Per day
- Vendor visit
- Monthly requirement

Preferred Candidate

A person who has worked as a Garment QC Inspector / Quality Executive / Textile Quality Inspector / Vendor Quality Executive and can independently conduct inspections and provide clear quality reports.
