Job Description

This is a field touring role. Travel, food, and stay allowance shall be provided by the company.

Responsibilities:

- Installation and commissioning of Quick Oil Change Machines at customer locations
- Provide machine operation training to workshop staff and technicians
- Attend service and maintenance calls across assigned regions
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and ensure smooth machine functioning
- Maintain qualified and cordial relationships with customers
- Support customers with operational guidance and service-related assistance
- Submit service reports and installation updates regularly
- Coordinate with the technical team for service planning and spare requirements
- Ensure safe handling and operation of equipment during service activities

Requirements:

- Basic technical understanding of machines/equipment




- Willingness to travel extensively
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to work independently in field conditions
- Prior field service experience will be preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
