Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support day-to-day business activities. This role involves recruitment coordination, digital marketing assistance, and operational support. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to conduct research effectively.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining records.

· Support digital marketing activities, such as coordinating campaigns, managing basic content updates, and tracking performance metrics.

· Handle day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth business functioning.

· Maintain and update data records, reports, and documentation accurately.

· Conduct market and operational research to support business decisions.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.

· Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency.

· Assist in implementing AI-driven tools and innovative solutions in operations.

· Provide administrative support as required.





Key Skills Required

· Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

· Good organizational and coordination abilities

· Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts

· High attention to detail and accuracy

· Strong research and analytical skills

· Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.

Strategic Exposure

· Understanding of go-to-market (GTM) strategy

· Basic knowledge of customer segmentation and insights

· Experience or exposure to market research and competitive analysis

Technical Expertise

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (social media tools, basic analytics)

· Exposure to technology-driven solutions and automation tools.

· Experience with data management and reporting tools

Qualifications & Certifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.

· Freshers with relevant internships or project experience are encouraged to apply.

· Basic certifications or coursework in Digital Marketing, HR, or operations will be an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline mentioned above

· 0–1 year of experience (freshers are welcome)

· Willingness to learn and adapt in a rapid-paced environment

· Basic knowledge of recruitment processes or digital tools is an added advantage

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
