Position: Travel Consultant – Executive (Domestic Tour Operations)

​Location: Kozhikode

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Tour & Vendor Coordination: Manage end-to-end domestic itineraries, booking hotels, transport, sightseeing, and scheduling with service partners.
- ​Data & Documentation: Maintain accurate customer records, rooming lists, passenger details, booking sheets, and operational logs.
- ​Customer Interaction: Handle inquiries, manage payment follow-ups, assist with travel documents, and resolve operational issues promptly.
- ​Inter-departmental Liaison: Coordinate closely with internal accounts, ticketing, and operations teams to execute trips on deadline.

​Preferred Requirements

- ​Background in domestic tour operations or travel agency workflows.
- ​Robust grasp of Indian travel destinations and itineraries.
- ​Proficiency in MS Excel, organizational tasks, and multi-booking management.
- ​Strong written and verbal communication skills with reliable follow-up capabilities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
