We are looking for a Senior Purchase Executive to handle procurement and purchase activities for our construction projects. The ideal candidate should have solid negotiation and vendor management skills, along with good knowledge of construction materials and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.
- Source construction materials, equipment, and other required items.
- Identify and evaluate suitable suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate rates, and finalize orders.
- Prepare Purchase Orders and maintain proper purchase documentation.
- Coordinate with project, stores, accounts, and management teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project requirements.
- Follow up with vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and quality issues.
- Monitor market prices and identify cost-effective purchasing opportunities.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and new vendors.
- Verify material specifications, quantity, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain purchase records, quotations, invoices, and vendor details.




- Prepare purchase reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure procurement activities are carried out as per company policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in purchase/procurement.
- Candidates with experience in the construction industry will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and market rates.
- Experience in handling multiple purchase requirements independently.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Tally software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
