Hiring: Tender Executive (GeM & E-Procurement) – Immediate Joiner

Experience: Minimum 1. to 2 Years
Salary: ₹3 – ₹5 LPA

We are looking for a Tender Executive with hands-on experience in the GeM Portal and other e-procurement platforms. Candidates with similar relevant experience will be preferred. Immediate joiners and nearby candidates are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and manage tenders on GeM, CPPP, and other tender portals
- Prepare and submit technical & financial bids
- Handle complete tender lifecycle from documentation to final submission
- Ensure timely submission and compliance with tender requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, approvals, and documents
- Track tender status and maintain MIS / records




- Manage correspondence related to bids and clarifications

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in tendering / e-procurement
- Strong working knowledge of GeM and other government tender portals
- Good understanding of government tendering processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel, documentation, and reporting
- Similar industry experience preferred
- Ability to join immediately or within short notice period
