HR Recruiter – Creative & Design Hiring

*Location:* Gurgaon, Haryana

*Experience:* 2–5 Years

## About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive *HR Recruiter* with strong expertise in hiring for *creative, design, art, media, and production-related roles. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of creative talent and experience sourcing candidates across **2D, 3D, sculpture, fine arts, video editing, graphic design, and other creative profiles*.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring successful joining.

## Key Responsibilities

### 1. Creative & Specialized Hiring

* Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative and specialized positions.

* Hire candidates across:

* *2D Artists & Designers*

* *3D Artists & 3D Designers*

* *3D Modellers & Visualizers*

* *Sculptors / Sculpture Artists*

* *Fine Arts Graduates & Students*

* *Graphic Designers*

* *Video Editors*

* *Motion Graphics Designers*

* *Concept Artists*

* *Illustrators*

* *Photographers & Cinematographers*

* *AI Video Editors / AI Creative Professionals*

* Other creative, studio, and production roles.

* Understand creative portfolios, skill sets, software expertise, and practical capabilities while screening candidates.

### 2. Recruitment & Sourcing

* Source candidates through *Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, Apna, Job Hai, social media, colleges, art institutes, portfolio platforms, referrals, and other relevant channels*.

* Build and maintain a strong database of creative professionals, freelancers, students, freshers, and experienced candidates.

* Develop talent pipelines for frequently required creative positions.

* Proactively identify passive candidates and approach suitable talent.

### 3. Candidate Screening

* Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidates based on:





* Relevant experience

* Technical skills

* Creative ability

* Portfolio quality

* Software knowledge

* Communication skills

* Salary expectations

* Notice period

* Location and availability

* Review portfolios, resumes, showreels, and previous work before forwarding candidates to the hiring manager.

* Coordinate skill tests/tasks wherever required.

### 4. Interview Coordination

* Coordinate interviews between candidates and respective department heads/hiring managers.

* Maintain proper interview schedules and follow-ups.

* Collect and document interview feedback.

* Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

### 5. Offer & Joining Management

* Conduct salary discussions and negotiate offers within approved budgets.

* Coordinate offer releases and documentation.

* Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.

* Maintain regular communication during the notice period to minimize dropouts.

* Complete pre-joining documentation and onboarding coordination.

### 6. Campus & Institute Hiring

* Build relationships with *Fine Arts colleges, design institutes, animation institutes, photography schools, film institutes, and other creative institutions*.

* Conduct campus recruitment drives and internship hiring.

* Develop a pipeline of fresh talent for entry-level creative positions.

* Maintain relationships with placement cells and faculty members.

### 7. Recruitment Reporting

* Maintain daily and weekly recruitment trackers.

* Track:

* Open positions

* Candidates sourced

* Candidates screened

* Interviews scheduled

* Interviews completed





* Selected candidates

* Offers released

* Joining status

* Recruitment source

* Provide regular hiring updates to management and HR.

## Required Skills

* Strong experience in *creative and specialized recruitment*.

* Good understanding of *2D, 3D, Fine Arts, Sculpture, Graphic Design, Video Editing, Animation, and other creative profiles*.

* Ability to understand and evaluate creative portfolios.

* Solid sourcing and headhunting skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good negotiation and candidate-management abilities.

* Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

* Ability to work on multiple vacancies simultaneously.

* Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

## Preferred Background

Candidates with recruitment experience in *creative agencies, animation studios, production houses, advertising agencies, design companies, gaming companies, media companies, e-commerce, fashion, luxury, or art/design organizations* will be preferred.

## Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Positions closed within defined timelines.

* Quality and relevance of candidates shortlisted.

* Interview-to-selection ratio.

* Offer-to-joining conversion ratio.

* Candidate retention/dropout rate.

* Number of qualified candidates sourced through direct channels.

* Development of creative talent databases and pipelines.

* Successful campus/institute hiring.

* Timely recruitment reporting and coordination.

## Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is someone who *understands creative talent beyond just resumes—someone who can identify whether a 2D/3D artist, sculptor, fine arts student, graphic designer, or video editor is genuinely suitable by understanding their **portfolio, tools, creative skills, experience, and potential*.

*Salary:* As per experience and industry standards.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
