Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Generalist with 1-3 year of experience to support day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, attendance, recruitment, and HR administration activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Coordinate joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Handle employee queries and support grievance resolution.
- Assist with payroll inputs, attendance verification, and salary-related activities.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR awareness programs.
- Support statutory compliance and maintain relevant HR records.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other HR-related documentation.
- Coordinate with department heads and employees for HR-related requirements.




- Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly communicated and followed.
- Perform other HR duties assigned by the HR Manager.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of HR processes and generalist activities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of payroll, attendance, leave, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Robust documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle employee concerns professionally.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.

Qualification & Experience

- Any Bachelor's degree; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- 1-3 year of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations / HR Executive role.
- Candidates with experience in the manufacturing/garment industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
