Key Responsibilities

- Product Leadership: Define and drive product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution.
- Product Growth: Drive product revenue, customer adoption, market growth, and business value in a B2B environment.
- SaaS Product Management: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of SaaS products from ideation through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- AI & Innovation: Stay current with emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to create differentiated business value.
- Rapid Prototyping: Quickly prototype and validate new product and AI ideas.
- Market Research: Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, customer research, and industry analysis.
- Data-Driven Product Management: Use customer insights, product analytics, market data, and business metrics to drive product decisions.
- Product Requirements: Translate product strategy and customer insights into clear, actionable PRDs.
- Product Prioritization: Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, business value, market opportunity, and technical feasibility.
- Product Execution: Drive product delivery and execution in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Support, Marketing, Business, and other cross-functional teams.
- Platform Understanding: Understand platform architecture, scalability, performance, reliability, and cost considerations.




- Product Lifecycle: Manage ongoing product lifecycle, enhancements, adoption, optimization, and performance.
- Go-to-Market: Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to drive product launches, positioning, adoption, and GTM strategies.
- Customer Focus: Translate customer needs and feedback into product strategy and roadmap priorities.
- Stakeholder Management: Clearly communicate product vision, strategy, roadmap, value proposition, and priorities across organizational levels.
- Business Alignment: Balance customer needs, technical feasibility, commercial objectives, and business priorities.

Required Skills

- 13+ years of overall skilled experience.
- 6+ years of experience managing SaaS products.
- Proven experience growing product revenue in a B2B environment.
- Strong experience in product strategy, roadmap development, and product lifecycle management.
- Strong awareness of emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
- Ability to rapidly prototype and evaluate AI-driven product opportunities.
- Strong market research and competitive benchmarking skills.
- Data-driven approach to product strategy and decision-making.
- Strong experience creating PRDs and translating customer insights into product requirements.
- Strong prioritization, execution, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of platform architecture, scalability, performance, reliability, and cost optimization.
- Experience working closely with Engineering, Sales, Support, Marketing, and Business teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of product launches, customer adoption, and GTM strategies.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple organizational levels.
