We are looking for an experienced and energetic Operations Head to lead and driver our operations towards excellence and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the company's operations.
- Oversee execution of environmental, water treatment, waste management and related projects and services.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, equipment, materials and resources.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, statutory requirements, quality standards, and HSE policies.
- Lead and mentor operational teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Review budgets, forecasts and operational expenditures to achieve financial targets.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
