Customer Success & Digital Growth Intern

Job Summary
Agami Technologies is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic intern who is eager to learn our products, possesses strong communication skills, and is ready to support customers while contributing to digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with existing users, understand their questions and challenges, and guide them in using our platforms effectively.
- Learn our products thoroughly to provide confident product support and collect valuable user feedback.
- Coordinate with the technical team when needed and gradually take ownership of customer success and user engagement.
- Participate in and host webinars (must be comfortable on camera and not camera-shy).
- Write articles, content, and other digital marketing materials to support growth initiatives.
- Assist with selected digital marketing and growth activities.

Who We’re Looking For




Someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys interacting with people, is curious and eager to deeply understand technology products, and can create clear, engaging written content (articles, posts, etc.). This role offers practical exposure to customer success, product support, and digital growth — not just calling or basic customer service.

Must-haves

- Eager to learn our products in depth to support customers
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to write articles and content
- Comfortable appearing on camera and conducting webinars
