Recruitment of Kindergarten (KG) Teacher

The school is looking for a caring, creative, enthusiastic, and professionally competent KG Teacher who can provide young learners with a safe, joyful, and stimulating learning environment. The teacher should understand the unique needs of early childhood and be capable of making learning enjoyable through play, stories, activities, music, art, and age-appropriate teaching methods.

Qualities and Competencies Required

A good KG Teacher should possess the following qualities:

- Love and affection for children with a warm, caring, and approachable personality.
- Patience and emotional maturity to handle young children calmly and positively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Creativity and imagination to make classroom learning interesting and engaging.
- Child-friendly teaching methods based on play, activities, storytelling, rhymes, games, art, and practical experiences.
- Robust classroom management skills while maintaining a positive and supportive atmosphere.
- Understanding of child psychology and early childhood development.
- Ability to identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate support to every child.
- Good observation skills to monitor children's academic, social, emotional, and behavioural development.




- Positive attitude and enthusiasm that motivates children to participate actively in learning.
- Good moral values and professional conduct, serving as a positive role model for young learners.
- Personal hygiene, neatness, and presentable appearance.
- Ability to promote good habits, manners, cleanliness, discipline, sharing, cooperation, and independence among children.
- Basic digital and technological skills for using smart classroom resources and educational tools.
- Teamwork and cooperation with other teachers and school staff.
- Effective parent communication and willingness to keep parents informed about the child's progress.
- Responsibility and punctuality in performing all assigned duties.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new teaching techniques and adopt school policies.
- Ability to create an inclusive classroom where every child feels valued, respected, and confident.
- First-aid and child-safety awareness and a strong commitment to the safety and well-being of children.

The teacher should be committed to nurturing young minds, developing confidence and curiosity, encouraging creativity, and laying a strong foundation for lifelong learning. Preference may be given to candidates with relevant qualifications, KG/NTT training, and prior experience in teaching young children.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
