Junior Doctor – Patient Counselling

About the Role

Dr. Madhu’s Advanced Hair Transplant Centre is looking for a responsible, professional, and patient-focused Junior Doctor to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to counsel patients regarding hair transplant procedures, explain treatment plans, address patient queries, coordinate with the clinical team, and ensure a professional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel patients regarding hair transplant procedures, treatment options, expectations, and post-procedure care.
- Communicate clearly and patiently with patients and their attendants.
- Handle patient queries and concerns professionally.
- Attend and manage patient phone calls and enquiries.
- Follow up with prospective patients when required.
- Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and the front-office team.
- Maintain accurate patient-related records and communication.
- Ensure patients receive accurate information and a high standard of service.
- Represent the clinic professionally at all times.
- Be willing to work flexible/extended hours depending on patient requirements and clinic needs.

- Highly responsible and dependable
- Patient, empathetic, and calm while dealing with patients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi
- Skilled appearance and conduct
- Good counselling and convincing skills
- Ability to handle phone calls confidently




- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Willingness to learn about hair transplantation and aesthetic procedures
- Flexible with working hours
- Strong commitment to patient care and clinic standards

Eligibility

- Gender: Male or Female
- Age: 25–40 years
- Qualification: BDS, BAMS, BHMS
- Candidates with previous experience in patient counselling, dermatology, hair transplant, aesthetics, or healthcare will be preferred.

Working Conditions

- Weekends: Mandatory working days
- Working hours: Flexible/expandable depending on patient appointments and clinic requirements
- Paid Leave: 2 paid leaves per month
- Notice Period: Maximum 2 weeks

Compensation

- Starting Salary: ₹30,000 per month
- From the 3rd month, upon demonstrating commitment, reliability, and satisfactory performance, the management may convert the compensation structure to an hourly-based model.
- The decision regarding conversion, hourly rate, and eligibility will be entirely at the discretion of the management.
