- Clinical Evaluations: Conduct patient consultations, review medical histories, and perform physical examinations for male partners.
- Diagnostic Testing: Perform and evaluate routine and advanced semen analyses (concentration, motility, morphology, DNA fragmentation, and DFI).
- ART Laboratory Procedures: Execute sperm preparation, washing, and selection techniques for IUI, IVF, and ICSI procedures.
- Cryopreservation: Handle sperm freezing, storage, thawing, and tissue cryopreservation for fertility preservation cases.
- Surgical Support: Assist or perform surgical sperm retrieval procedures (such as TESE, PESA, or MESA) when required.
- Patient Counseling: Educate couples on male factor infertility, treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and surgical interventions.
- Quality & Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with lab safety protocols, equipment calibration, and accurate medical documentation

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
