Job Title: Vice Principal – CBSE & ICSE School (Grades 1–12)

About the School: We are a reputed CBSE & ICSE school committed to academic excellence and holistic student development. We are looking for a proactive and capable Vice Principal to support school leadership and ensure smooth academic and administrative operations for Grades 1 to 12.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Principal in managing day-to-day school operations

Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE & ICSE curriculum and guidelines Supervise teaching quality, lesson planning, and student assessments

Mentor and support teachers to improve classroom delivery

Maintain discipline and a positive learning workplace

Coordinate with parents, staff, and management

Oversee timetable planning, examinations, and academic schedules

Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback

Organize academic and co-curricular activities

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: MA + B.Ed (Mandatory)

Experience: 4–6 years of teaching experience (CBSE & ICSE school preferred)



Exposure to academic coordination or leadership roles is an advantage

Strong understanding of CBSE & ICSE curriculum and assessment patterns

Required Skills:

Leadership and team management

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Classroom supervision and teacher mentoring

Organizational and problem-solving abilities

Ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently
