- Qualification: 10th/12th Pass (Ex-Servicemen/Home Guard preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Hospital/Corporate Security setup
- Language: Must know Tamil (Basic English/Hindi preferred)
- Physically fit & alert with good observation skills
- Basic knowledge of hospital security protocols & visitor management
- Understanding of emergency response procedures (fire, medico-legal cases, law & order situations)
- Ability to handle CCTV monitoring & access control systems
- Valuable communication & crowd management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a 24x7 hospital environment
- Willingness for rotational shift duty (day/night/on-call)
- Discipline, punctuality & courteous behavior with patients/visitors
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure round-the-clock security of hospital premises, entry/exit points & parking areas
- Monitor and manage visitor entry, patient attendants & material movement
- Handle CCTV surveillance and report suspicious activities promptly
- Maintain law & order, prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas (ICU, OT, Pharmacy)
- Assist in crowd/traffic management during emergencies & peak hours
- Coordinate with police/local authorities for Medico-Legal Cases (MLC) as required
- Respond immediately to fire alarms, emergencies & security incidents
- Conduct regular patrolling & maintain security logs/registers
- Safeguard hospital assets, equipment & ensure no theft/pilferage
- Support NABH/regulatory audits with proper security documentation
Salary:
- Reasonable Salary based on Experience and Qualification. Purely negotiable.
