Billing Cum Warehouse Assistant

Job Summary

The Billing Cum Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for managing warehouse-related billing, storage, inventory, dispatch, and day-to-day warehouse operations while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely coordination.

Objectives of the Role

- Ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations, including billing, storage, inventory management, dispatch, and inward/outward processes.
- Prepare and manage invoices, billing documents, delivery challans, and other warehouse-related documentation.
- Develop and maintain proper systems for product handling, storage, inventory control, gate processes, and dispatch.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to resolve day-to-day operational issues and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records in coordination with the Accounts and Purchase/Sales teams.
- Review and maintain proper workflows, space utilization, equipment requirements, and action plans to meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service.




- Ensure proper documentation and verification of goods received and dispatched from the warehouse.
- Maintain a secure and healthy work environment by following company standards, safety procedures, and applicable legal regulations.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, vendors, and internal departments for smooth movement and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure that all warehouse records, billing documents, stock entries, and dispatch documents are maintained accurately and on time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
