We are looking for an experienced US Home Health Medical Billing – Denial Follow-Up Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing denied claims, identifying denial reasons, taking appropriate corrective action, and following up with insurance companies to ensure timely reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and analyze denied and rejected claims.
- Identify denial reasons and determine appropriate resolution.
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding and denied claims.
- Work on claim corrections, resubmissions, appeals, and reconsiderations.
- Verify patient eligibility, authorization, and claim details when required.
- Review EOBs/ERAs and understand insurance payment and denial codes.
- Maintain accurate AR and denial follow-up records.
- Prioritize claims based on aging, payer, and financial impact.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding claim status and issues.




- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Escalate complex or unresolved denials appropriately.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in US Medical Billing / AR / Denial Management.
- Hands-on experience with US Home Health billing is preferred.
- Valuable understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance.
- Knowledge of EOB/ERA, denial codes, claim submission, and appeals.
- Familiarity with home health billing processes is an advantage.
- Good analytical, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work in a US shift/night shift environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
