Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to help drive business growth through marketing, lead generation, and process improvement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with technology and is excited to leverage AI tools as a core part of their daily workflow.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through various marketing channels.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Develop and execute lead generation strategies.
Follow up with prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
Manage CRM systems and maintain accurate customer records.
Improve internal systems and operational processes to increase efficiency.
Collaborate with the team to achieve business development targets.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports.




Utilize AI tools for research, content creation, outreach, automation, and operational tasks (approximately 90% of daily work).

Requirements

Experience in Business Development, Marketing, Sales, or a similar role.
Solid communication and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation techniques.
Comfortable using CRM software and productivity tools.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and adopt AI-powered tools.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with LinkedIn outreach and B2B lead generation.
Familiarity with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools.
Experience with automation tools and workflow optimization is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
