About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Draftsman to join our Design Team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing different accurate drawings and requires close coordination with Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, and Site Teams to ensure drawings are accurate, practical, and issued on time.

Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Certificate Course in Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related technical field.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare architectural & interior working drawings.

· Develop plans, sections, elevations & detailed drawings.

· Prepare drawings based on design concepts and project requirements.

· Coordinate drawings with Architects, Interior Designers, MEPF Consultants & Site Teams.

· Make drawing revisions and incorporate design changes.





· Prepare drawings suitable for site execution.

· Ensure accuracy in dimensions, detailing, scale and annotations.

· Assist in site measurements and drawing coordination when required.

Skills

· AutoCAD – Mandatory

· Good understanding of architectural & interior drawings.

· Ability to prepare working drawings and construction details.

· Basic knowledge of construction materials and execution.

· Ability to read architectural, structural & MEPF drawings.

· SketchUp / Revit knowledge will be an added advantage.

· Good attention to detail and accuracy.

· Positive coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
