Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and patient-focused General Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care, diagnose oral health conditions, perform appropriate dental procedures, and ensure a high standard of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions.
- Prepare appropriate treatment plans based on patient requirements.
- Perform general dental procedures including scaling, restorations, extractions, temporary fillings, and other routine treatments.
- Conduct consultations and explain treatment options, procedures, benefits, and possible risks to patients.
- Handle emergency dental cases appropriately.
- Refer patients to specialists when required.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Ensure proper pre-operative and post-operative instructions are provided to patients.
- Maintain high standards of infection control, sterilization, and clinical safety.
- Ensure all clinical photographs, treatment records, and required documentation are updated in the CRM.
- Follow clinic protocols, clinical guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with specialists and other clinical staff for comprehensive patient care.
- Follow up with patients regarding planned and pending treatments.




- Maintain good patient relationships and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Participate in clinic meetings, training programs, and clinical discussions.
- Ensure compliance with professional ethics and applicable dental regulations.

Required Qualifications

- BDS degree from a recognized dental institution.
- Valid Dental Council registration.
- Robust clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to follow clinic policies and procedures.

Preferred Skills

- Good treatment planning ability.
- Strong patient counselling and communication skills.
- Good case presentation and conversion skills.
- Ability to manage multiple patients efficiently.
- Professional, responsible, and patient-friendly attitude.

Employment Terms

- Full-time position.
- Employment will be subject to the company's employment agreement and applicable terms and conditions.
- Working hours and weekly off will be as per the clinic schedule.
- Salary will be based on qualification, experience, and clinical skills.
- Performance-based incentives may be applicable as per company policy.
