Job Title: Home Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for a customer-focused and sales-driven Home Consultant to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting furniture and home décor products, understand their requirements, and provide the best home furnishing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture and home décor products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Generate B2B leads and support business development activities.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Maintain showroom display, visual merchandising, and store standards.
- Prepare daily sales reports and coordinate with the store team.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline (Retail/Business preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
