We are building a community focused on Indian spiritual and cultural traditions, temples, festivals, pooja knowledge, yoga, meditation, wellness awareness and cultural heritage.
We are looking for a Community & Digital Manager to help us build this community from the ground up.
You will be responsible for:
- Building and managing online communities
- Instagram/Facebook/YouTube
- Content planning
- WhatsApp community management
- Expert & speaker outreach
- Volunteer management
- Webinars and events
- Digital marketing
- Partnerships
- Community growth
- Weekly reporting
Ideal candidate: 2–5 years experience in digital marketing/community management/event management, excellent communication skills,
highly organised, proactive and comfortable networking.
This is not a conventional social-media job. We are looking for someone who wants to build a community and an organisation from the ground up.
Location: Delhi/Ahmedabad / Hybrid
Salary: ₹25,000–₹45,000/month depending on experience.
