Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Embedded Software Application Projects with 5–8 years of industry experience in Embedded Systems, IoT, AI, Cloud, and Software Engineering.

The Technical Lead will work closely with young talents by providing technical leadership, system architecture design, hands-on technical guidance, mentoring, and project execution support.

Key Responsibilities

Define modular system architectures across firmware, Edge AI, cloud backends, communication protocols, and dashboards.

Translate problem statements and requirements into clear technical milestones and actionable tasks.

Track weekly project progress, manage scope, identify technical risks, and support timely project execution.

Guide young engineers in code reviews, Git workflows, modular software design, basic cybersecurity practices, testing, and technical documentation.

Debug and resolve cross-domain technical issues involving hardware, firmware, communication protocols, cloud connectivity, backend services, and software UI.





Work closely with engineers and partner mentors during system integration and troubleshooting.

Oversee prototype integration, testing, technical reviews, final demonstrations, and project reports.

Ensure high-quality, industry-standard working prototypes are delivered on schedule and according to project requirements.

Mentor young talents and simplify complex technical concepts to help them develop strong engineering skills.

Qualifications

Interview Candidate – Hometown: Tiruchirappalli (Trichy), Tamil Nadu

5–8 years of industry experience in Embedded Systems, IoT, AI, Cloud, or Software Engineering.

Strong hands-on experience with C/C++, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

Valuable knowledge of Linux, FreeRTOS, Microcontrollers, and Embedded Software/Firmware Development.

Experience with REST APIs, MQTT, and IoT communication protocols.

Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS IoT, Microsoft Azure, or ThingsBoard.

Exposure to Computer Vision and Edge AI, including OpenCV and TensorFlow Lite (TFLite).

Knowledge of React, Flutter, or FastAPI is preferred.

Good understanding of Git, issue tracking, unit testing, integration testing, and system documentation.

Strong debugging, troubleshooting, system integration, and problem-solving skills.

Strong mentoring mindset and ability to guide young engineers.

Good communication, project planning, execution, and technical leadership skills.

Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.

B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in ECE, CSE, Embedded Systems, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
