US Recruiter – Night Shift

Location: Ahmedabad – Onsite
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
Working Days: Monday to Friday

We are hiring Recruiters to join our US staffing team and support end-to-end recruitment for clients across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates for US-based positions
- Use job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and other sourcing channels
- Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Work closely with the recruitment team to meet hiring targets

Requirements

- Excellent spoken and written English
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills




- Good computer and internet skills
- Willingness to work in the US night shift
- Ability to work onsite in Ahmedabad
- Prior recruitment experience is mandatory
