About Doree

Doree is an established women's ethnic-wear business in Greater Noida, with an existing store in Gaur City and a newer branch at PKS Town Central.

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at our PKS Town Central store.

The Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for attending to customers, driving sales and supporting the day-to-day operations of the store.

You will receive training in:

- Customer service: Welcoming and attending to guests, understanding their requirements and providing a personalised shopping experience.
- Sales techniques: Learning effective sales techniques, customer handling, product recommendations and the do's and don'ts of retail sales.
- Product knowledge: Understanding Doree's collections, fabrics, styles, pricing and suitability for different occasions.
- Stock & inventory management: Learning how to receive, organise, track and maintain stock and inventory accurately.
- Sales conversion: Understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products and converting enquiries and walk-ins into sales.
- Customer relationships: Building positive relationships with customers and encouraging repeat visits.

The role requires you to be actively involved with customers and sales, while also taking responsibility for maintaining an organised and efficiently operated store.

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail, fashion or sales is required.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, friendly and approachable personality
- Ability to interact professionally with different types of customers
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend products accordingly




- Willingness to learn and follow Doree's sales and customer-service processes
- Good organisational skills for handling stock and store operations
- Interest in women's fashion and ethnic wear is preferred
- Language Required: Hindi (English as an addition would be preferred)

Salary, Incentives & Growth

₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month, depending on experience and suitability for the role.

Working Schedule

- 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- 1-hour break during the working day
- 1 day off every week
- Weekly off can be chosen by the employee, subject to store scheduling requirements

Interview Process

Our hiring process consists of two simple steps:

1. Initial HR Call — 5–10 minutes

A short introductory call with our HR representative to discuss your experience, availability and suitability for the role.

2. Face-to-Face Interview

Shortlisted candidates will have a final in-person meeting with the Store Manager/Owner to discuss the role in more detail and determine mutual suitability.
