Job Title: Store Manager
Department: Stores / Warehouse
Location: Aquarius Chemicals Limited – CROPTECH

Job Purpose

To manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including material receipt, storage, inventory control, issue of materials, documentation, and stock accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store and warehouse activities.
- Receive incoming raw materials, packing materials, finished goods, and other items.
- Verify quantity and material against purchase orders, invoices, and other documents.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, labeling, and systematic arrangement of materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.
- Issue materials to production/other departments as per authorized requests.
- Monitor stock levels and inform concerned departments about shortages or excess stock.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile differences.




- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Maintain store-related documents, GRN, issue slips, transfer records, and other records.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts, QA/QC, and HR/Admin as required.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping of the store area.
- Monitor slow-moving, damaged, expired, and obsolete materials and report the same.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
- Supervise and allocate work to store staff/helpers.
- Prepare regular stock and store-related reports for management.

Pay: ₹13,202.91 - ₹38,838.01 per month
