We are looking for an experienced and responsible Lab & Scan Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our diagnostic laboratory and scanning centre. The ideal candidate should have strong team-management, operational, and customer-service skills.

Previous experience working in a diagnostic lab or scan centre is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the lab and scan centre.
- Supervise and coordinate staff, technicians, reception, and support teams.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and excellent customer service.
- Coordinate appointments, billing, reports, and day-to-day administrative activities.
- Monitor equipment, supplies, and inventory requirements.
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the centre.
- Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and other departments.
- Handle patient/customer queries and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Maintain required records, documentation, and operational standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and centre procedures.




- Monitor overall centre performance and support business growth.

Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience in lab, diagnostic centre, hospital, or scan centre operations preferred.
- Previous Scan Centre Manager / Diagnostic Centre Manager experience will be an advantage.
- Good leadership and staff-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of day-to-day diagnostic centre operations.
- Candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.

Salary

Salary will be offered based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and previous industry experience.
