Study Abroad Processing Officer

Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end student application and admission processing for overseas universities.
- Prepare, verify, and submit university applications and supporting documents.
- Coordinate visa application and documentation processes.
- Ensure applications are submitted accurately and within deadlines.
- Follow up with universities, students, and relevant stakeholders regarding application status.
- Maintain proper records and regularly update students on their application progress.
- Identify and resolve documentation or application-related issues promptly.
- Work closely with the counselling and sales team to ensure smooth student conversion and processing.
- Achieve monthly targets/KPIs set by management.
- Maintain high accuracy, efficiency, and quality throughout the processing cycle.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Study Abroad Processing / Overseas Education.




- Good knowledge of university applications, admissions, and visa documentation.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and good documentation skills.
- Knowledge of major study destinations such as UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, and other countries will be an advantage.
