Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Oversee the implementation of operational processes to enhance system stability and performance.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on operational objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and improve team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Risk Assessment.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and mitigate potential security risks within production environments.
- Experience in monitoring and managing operational systems to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams to resolve complex operational challenges.
- Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to document and report operational status and risks clearly.

Additional Information:
