Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (GNM-qualified) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist in medical procedures, and ensure the smooth functioning of hospital/clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications as per doctor’s instructions.
- Assist doctors during medical procedures and treatments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
- Ensure proper hygiene and infection control measures.
- Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care and medication.
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate medical assistance.

Requirements:





- GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing license/registration as per state guidelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
