About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Hospital Manager / Hospital Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the hospital and ensure smooth coordination between doctors, nurses, support staff, patients, vendors, and management.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of hospital administration, operations, staff management, patient handling, billing coordination, compliance, and hospital processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the overall day-to-day hospital operations.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, technicians, reception, billing, pharmacy, housekeeping, and other departments.
- Ensure smooth patient admission, discharge, appointments, and patient services.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, discipline, and productivity.
- Handle patient and attendant complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor hospital cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hospital requirements.
- Monitor inventory, medical supplies, consumables, and equipment requirements.
- Coordinate with the accounts/billing team and monitor billing-related operations.
- Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of hospital equipment and facilities.
- Maintain operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure hospital policies and SOPs are properly implemented.
- Coordinate with insurance/TPA teams wherever applicable.
- Support management in improving hospital revenue, efficiency, and patient experience.




- Ensure compliance with applicable hospital rules, licences, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify operational problems and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain a qualified and patient-friendly environment throughout the hospital.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree such as MHA/MBA (Healthcare/Hospital Management) will be an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital administration/operations.
- Experience in managing hospital staff and multiple departments.
- Good knowledge of hospital processes and documentation.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and hospital management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
