About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Leader – Sales Properties to lead the sales of residential apartment projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in residential real estate sales, developer/project sales, and team management.

Experience Required

- Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Robust experience in residential apartment/flat sales.
- Experience in developer/primary project sales is preferred.
- Candidates who have handled residential channel sales, villa or luxury residential projects may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the residential property sales team.
- Drive sales targets and achieve monthly/quarterly business goals.
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to final closure.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure effective follow-up.
- Guide the team in handling customer enquiries and site visits.
- Handle negotiations and support the team in closing deals.
- Build strong relationships with customers, channel partners and other stakeholders.
- Track team performance and take corrective actions to improve sales.




- Prepare and share regular sales reports with senior management.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The candidate should have:

10+ Years Experience + Residential Real Estate + Apartment/Flat Sales + Developer/Project Sales + Team Management

- Villa/luxury residential sales with project-sales experience
- Senior Sales Manager / Sales Head experience

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
