Position: Video Editor

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor with 2+ years of professional experience who can create engaging, high-quality video content for digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, a good understanding of motion graphics and visual storytelling, and hands-on experience with AI video creation tools. You should be comfortable turning raw footage, concepts, scripts, and creative briefs into polished, attention-grabbing videos.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, advertisements, social media videos, and branded content.
- Create and edit AI-generated videos using relevant AI video-generation and creative tools.
- Develop motion graphics, animated text, transitions, titles, visual effects, and kinetic typography.
- Understand creative briefs and convert ideas/scripts into compelling visual stories.
- Add and synchronize music, sound effects, voiceovers, subtitles, captions, and other audio elements.
- Perform color correction, color grading, masking, compositing, and basic visual effects.
- Maintain brand consistency across all video content.
- Work closely with the creative, marketing, and content teams to understand requirements and deliver videos on time.
- Stay updated with the latest AI video tools, editing techniques, trends, transitions, effects, and social media formats.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.




- Take creative ownership of projects and suggest new ideas to improve video engagement.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of professional experience in video editing.
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics.
- Experience with AI video creation/generation tools.
- Solid understanding of motion graphics, animation, transitions, and visual effects..

Preferred / Additional Skills

- Experience with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar creative software.
- Familiarity with AI tools for text-to-video, image-to-video, AI avatars, voice generation, image generation, and video enhancement.
- Experience creating performance-oriented videos for digital marketing and paid advertising.
- Understanding of social media trends and content formats.
- Basic knowledge of storytelling, cinematography, and branding.
