Social Worker (MSW)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join our team and lead and coordinate community-based activities at our project in Thonakkal, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate social work and community development activities.
- Assess community needs and support effective project implementation.
- Coordinate with team members, beneficiaries and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Ensure activities are aligned with the organisation’s vision, mission and values.

Requirements

- Master of Social Work (MSW) degree is required.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in social work, preferably with a leading NGO.
- Strong understanding of community needs and project implementation.
- Excellent communication,



leadership and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with a team.
- Strong commitment to social service and community development.

Location & Advantages

Project Location: Thonakkal, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala
Accommodation and food provided.

The selected candidate should be willing to stay at the project facility and be fully involved in project activities.
