SECURITY AGENCY MANAGER – BLACK PANTHER SECURITY SERVICES
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Security Agency Manager to manage day-to-day security operations and coordinate with clients and security guards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise security guards deployed at different sites.
- Handle guard deployment, attendance, replacement and discipline.
- Coordinate with clients and resolve site-related issues.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
- Coordinate guard recruitment and joining formalities.
- Ensure proper uniform, discipline and qualified conduct of guards.
- Maintain daily reports, attendance and operational records.
- Handle emergency situations and provide quick operational support.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and new clients.
- Manage overall field operations of the security agency.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in security agency management.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Basic computer, WhatsApp and MS Excel knowledge.
- Hindi communication required.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Must be responsible, punctual, disciplined and willing to travel for field work.
