Key Responsibilities

* Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.

* Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues.

* Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems.

* Maintain accurate records of equipment, systems, and technical issues.

* Support data security, backups, and basic network administration.





* Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices.

* Follow company IT policies and security procedures.

Requirements

* Degree or diploma in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

* Strong knowledge of computers, operating systems, and common software applications.

* Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

* Basic understanding of networking and computer hardware.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Willingness to learn new technologies and develop technical skills.

Pay: From ₹55,700.00 per month
