Teaching and Training:

IATA Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and engaging lessons related to aviation management, developing curriculum, conducting assessments, and providing guidance and support to students.

- Deliver lectures and practical sessions on aviation subjects such as Aviation Management, Airline Operations, Ground Handling, Safety Procedures, and other relevant topics.
- Develop and update lesson plans, course materials, and training modules in alignment with industry standards.

Student Development:

- Facilitate interactive and engaging learning experiences to enhance student knowledge and skills.
- Mentor and guide students in academic and professional growth, including mock interviews and career readiness.

Assessment and Evaluation:

- Conduct assessments, quizzes, and exams to monitor student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students for continuous improvement.

Curriculum and Program Development:

- Contribute to the development and revision of the aviation curriculum to align with evolving industry trends.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and guest lectures to provide additional industry insights.

Administrative Duties:

- Maintain accurate student attendance,



academic records, and reports.
- Coordinate with the Academic Coordinator and other faculty members for smooth academic operations.

Industry Engagement:

- Stay updated with the latest developments in the aviation industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals to ensure relevance in teaching.

Compliance and Documentation:

- Ensure adherence to institutional policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support audits and reviews by maintaining proper documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree. IATA.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in aviation or teaching. Prior experience in an educational setting is an advantage.
- Certifications: IATA Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
