Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling, warm leads, or following up on digital marketing campaigns.

Product Presentation: Clearly explain the features, perks, and value proposition of our products/services to prospective clients.

Pipeline & Objection Handling: Understand customer needs, counter objections professionally, and guide prospects smoothly through the purchasing process.

Close Sales: Secure deals over the phone and process payments or contracts efficiently.

CRM Management: Accurately update and maintain customer data, call logs, and deal stages in the CRM database.
