Role Summary

We are seeking energetic, customer-focused All-Rounder Interns to join our team at the Triumph Kharagpur showroom. This hands-on internship provides exposure across premium automotive retail operations, client management, local marketing campaigns, and day-to-day dealership administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Customer Handling: Engage with prospective buyers visiting the showroom, explain motorcycle specs/features, and assist in driving vehicle bookings.
- Marketing & Promotions: Execute local dealership marketing activities, participate in ride events, and assist in managing digital/social media visibility for Triumph Kharagpur.
- Showroom Administration: Assist the management team with customer records, billing paperwork, test ride logs, and daily operational upkeep of the display floor.
- Client Relationship Management: Coordinate follow-ups with leads, answer inbound queries,



and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Bengali and Hindi, with working/conversational knowledge of English.
- Interest & Passion: Robust interest in two-wheelers, motorcycling culture, or the automotive industry is a big plus.
- Skill Set: Proactive attitude, strong interpersonal communication skills, punctuality, and multi-tasking capability.
- Education: Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Graduate degree in Business Management, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields.

Internship Perks & Career Growth

- Official Certification: Earn an official Internship Completion Certificate issued by Triumph Kharagpur.
- Stipend: Monthly stipend ranging from ₹4,000 to ₹8,000 based on candidate skills and interview evaluation.
- Permanent Job Opportunity: Exceptional performers completing the 60-day or 90-day duration will be evaluated for a full-time permanent offer at Triumph Kharagpur.

Terms & Performance Clause

- Mandatory Duration: Minimum 60 Days commitment required starting September 1st.
- Optional Extension: Performance-based extension up to 90 Days.
- Performance Standard: Candidates are evaluated throughout the internship. Continued engagement is subject to satisfactory performance and adherence to dealership protocols; the company reserves the right to terminate the internship early if performance standards are not met.

Pay: ₹4,500.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
