General Manager – Maruti Suzuki Arena

Location: Ferozepur, Punjab

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall dealership operations, including Sales, Service, Spare Parts, CRM, F&I;, Accessories, and Administration.
- Achieve sales, market share, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Drive business growth through retail, fleet, institutional, and rural sales.
- Monitor dealership performance, financials, and operational KPIs.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams.
- Ensure compliance with Maruti Suzuki standards and statutory requirements.
- Strengthen customer relationships and resolve escalated concerns.
- Improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

- Graduate
- 10+ years of experience in automobile dealership operations.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role (General Manager, Dealer Principal, COO, or equivalent).

Preferred

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
