About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Logistics Executive to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, optimize delivery networks, and drive operational efficiency. In this role, you will manage core freight operations, negotiate vendor partnerships, resolve complex operational bottlenecks, and mentor junior logistics team members to support seamless fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily dispatch, shipping schedules, and last-mile delivery operations, serving as the main escalation point for complex transit delays or discrepancies.
- Vendor & SLA Management: Negotiate rates, evaluate partner performance, and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across courier, freight, and 3PL partners.
- Process & Cost Optimization: Audit logistics workflows to identify bottlenecks, reduce transport/packaging costs, and streamline fulfillment timelines.
- Inventory & Warehouse Oversight: Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory control, stock reconciliation, and optimized storage workflows.
- Analytics & Reporting: Maintain logistics dashboards, track critical KPIs (on-time delivery, cost-per-shipment, transit damage rates), and deliver performance reports to management.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with procurement,



sales, and customer support teams to align shipment schedules with business demands.
- Team Mentorship & Compliance: Guide junior logistics coordinators and ensure all transport and warehousing activities comply with legal standards and company policies.

Required Skills

- Advanced knowledge of logistics execution, supply chain optimization, and fleet management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, reporting), ERP software, and WMS/TMS tools.
- Strong contract negotiation and vendor management abilities.
- Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and crisis-management capabilities.

Eligibility

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5+ years of progressive experience in logistics, warehouse execution, or supply chain operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
