Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with 1–3 years of experience to support day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities in a manufacturing environment. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and supporting month-end closing and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping entries.
- Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment, journal, and expense transactions.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, debit/credit notes, and supporting documents.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Assist with monthly closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
- Verify accounting entries and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
- Maintain records related to inventory, purchases, and other manufacturing-related transactions.
- Assist in tracking outstanding receivables and payables.
- Support the Finance Manager/Senior Accountant during audits and statutory compliance activities.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents.




- Identify discrepancies in accounts and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Good knowledge of ledgers, reconciliations, journal entries, and accounting documentation.
- Robust attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with internal teams.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with manufacturing accounting processes.
- Familiarity with inventory and purchase accounting.
- Exposure to GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.

Key Performance Indicators

- Accuracy and timeliness of accounting entries.
- Timely completion of reconciliations.
- Proper maintenance of financial records and supporting documents.
- Timely resolution of accounting discrepancies.
- Support for accurate and timely month-end closing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
